The Huntington Beach Human Relations Committee is hosting a Huntington Beach Cultural Film Festival on Friday, August 25th and Sunday, August 27, 2023 at the Central Library Theater.  This festival will feature independent short films and panels celebrating diverse cultures and promoting human dignity, including family friendly event on Friday night at 6pm.
