City Charter Section 612 Open House

Join us on Monday, March 18 in Rooms C & D at the Central Library for an Open House on City Charter Section 612. This is an Open House style event, so feel free to stop by anytime between 5-7pm to learn more & ask questions.
Section 612 outlines within the City Charter the policy in which development of amenities & facilities within parks & beaches must be approved by voters prior to moving forward. Examples of such amenities & facilities include, but are not limited to, beach & park restrooms, community centers, & concessions.
