Children and their families can meet some live “birds of prey” at the Library
Children ages 6 and up are invited to come learn all about raptors at the “OC Bird of Prey” Center’s LIVE bird presentation taking place in the Tabby Theater on Thursday, August 18 at 11:00 am. What is a raptor, you might ask? They are wild, carnivorous birds that prey on other animals – thus “birds of prey”. There will even be the opportunity to meet some of the Center’s raptor residents. You can recognize them by their hooked upper beaks and sharp talons! Seating capacity for this in-person, exciting and FREE animal program is limited, so early arrival is recommended.
