The Huntington Beach Police Department will participate in the National Drug Take-Back Day. Drop off your unwanted medication at the HBPD lobby for collection on Saturday, October 29, 2022, between 10 AM and 2 PM. The service is free and anonymous, no questions asked.

Drug Take-Back Day aims to address health and safety concerns and the misuse of prescription drugs. Leftover medicines in home cabinets are highly susceptible to misuse and abuse. Rates of prescription drug abuse in the U.S. are alarmingly high, including accidental poisonings and overdoses.

NOTE: We cannot accept liquids, needles, or sharps.
