HB Dev. Asst. Team Rolls Out Red Carpet 

The Development Assistance Team (DAT) at the City of Huntington Beach is rolling out the red carpet to help businesses looking to build or set up shop in Surf City USA.  So often, the most challenging part of launching a business or developing a project is making sure you’re in compliance with city regulatory, permitting and zoning requirements.  The DAT is a one-stop shop at City Hall where staff members from various departments come together to help applicants move efficiently through this process, getting you to the ribbon cutting ceremony faster. 

 
The DAT is an internal committee made up of experts in Planning, Building, Public Works, Transportation, Water, Fire and Community Services.  They jump in during the early stages of a proposed project to provide feedback and guide the project through approvals.
