The City of Huntington Beach will hold a public study session and public hearing for the Housing Element Update and Subsequent Environmental Impact Report (SEIR) during the scheduled Planning Commission meeting on Tuesday, October 11, in Council Chambers. The study session will start at 5:00 p.m. and the public hearing is scheduled at 6:00 p.m. The SEIR details the potential environmental effects related to the 2021-2029 Housing Element Update and associated Implementation Programs.
