The Huntington Beach Police Department will be hosting its 7th Annual National Coffee with a Cop Day on Wednesday, October 5 between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. at Starbucks, located at 18922 Beach Blvd. (Beach Blvd. and Garfield Ave.).
National Coffee with a Cop Day is celebrated on the first Wednesday in October as a way to bring the men and women in uniform together with their communities and connect over a cup of coffee and a conversation.
Coffee with a Cop is a “meet and greet” event and a great way to get to know the police officers who serve your community. Instead of them walking around on a “beat,” you can meet them at a local business in Huntington Beach. The event provides a great atmosphere, coffee, and opportunity to get to know each other.
