Shipley Nature Center, in partnership with the City of Huntington Beach Water Conservation, invites you to our California Native Plant Sale on Saturday, October 29, 2022 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.

 Begin this Fall-Winter planting season with a great selection of California native plants. Plant enthusiasts will have over 30 species of natives to choose from. Ceanothus, manzanita, salvia, and fuschia are among the many native plants that will be available.  

 Stroll through the eight habitats and see how California native plants provide food, shelter, and beauty for our local birds and pollinators, and conserve water at the same time. Get help and advice from Shipley Nursery volunteers on which plants would be right for your garden. Learn how to prepare and manage your nativegarden.

Special offer for Huntington Beach residents: Buy one plant – get one of equal or lesser value (limited to 5 free plants per voucher, and one voucher per household with proof of residency).
