HB Reads One Book team to host special craft storytime at the Central Library!

Coming up on Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at 3:00 pm, in honor of this year’s book pick “Still Sideways,” HB Reads One Book will be hosting a Special All-Ages Craft Storytime all about blindness. Author Devon Raney, who is a partially-blind outdoor sports enthusiast, learned how to continue doing the things he loves — despite having lost 85% of his eyesight. After the Storytime in the Tabby Theater, we’ll head back out into the Children’s Library for a special surf board craft.  This fun event will both celebrate Devon’s passion for adventures with no limits and his exciting visit to come speak – and surf! – in Huntington Beach.  Learn more about HB Reads by visiting their website.
