The Surf City Marathon is this Sunday, 2/6

The 26th annual Surf City Marathon and Half-Marathon is taking place this Sunday, February 6th, 2022, along the scenic Pacific Coast Highway, finishing just steps away from the beach! This year, over 11,000 runners are set to run along the breathtaking coast of Huntington Beach, with over 2,000 volunteers cheering them on. At the finish line, signature surfboard medals and a music festival welcome the long-distance runners.

Marathon activities begin on Friday, February 4th, and Saturday, February 5th with an Active Lifestyle Expo that is free to the public and features health and fitness vendors offering samples and products for purchase. Saturday, February 5th, the day before the marathon, you can warm up with a beach mile race along the sand beginning at 11:00 a.m. The marathon, half-marathon, and 5k run will take place on Sunday, beginning at 6:30 a.m. The Surf City Marathon event weekend concludes in celebration with a finish line music festival and beer garden, included for all runners!
