HB Library Offers Career Online High School
Career Online High School (COHS) is an accredited online high school diploma and career certification program available through the Huntington Beach Public Library. This program offers scholarships, funded by the California State Library and HB Friends of the Library, to a limited number of qualified students. Once enrolled in the program, each student is paired with an online academic coach who provides the student with an individual career path, offers ongoing guidance, evaluates performance, and connects the student with the resources needed to master the courses and earn their high school diploma. Students will be given up to 18 months to complete the program.
If you or someone you know is a Huntington Beach resident, over 19 years old, and has not earned a high school diploma, please visit the Library’s webpage to find out how to get started in the Career Online High School program.
