Lace up those running shoes and join us the morning of July 4th for perhaps the most picturesque 5k run in America. The 3.1-mile raceway will take you down historic Main Street to the coast. Then you’ll race along the sparkling Pacific Ocean and the famous Huntington Beach Pier before heading back up Main Street, past Lake Park to Worthy Park, where the race concludes.
Local residents will get a one-hour head start with a start time of 7:00 a.m. The Open 5K will begin at 8:00 a.m. and if you are pushing a stroller while jogging, your start time will be at 8:15 a.m. Finally, if the little tykes want to get into the racing action, the one-mile kids fun run begins at 9:00 a.m.
